I believe most of the Hong Kong people are working stressfully but not only in CG industry. Most people like CG because of their interest. I would say becoming a big CG company employee is not easy. Low salary and working hard seem a must for it. However, they can practise and exprience in real circumstances while reinforce their CG skills in very short period. Right?

Actually, there are many things that people can experience and learn. They should treasure the opportunity rather than just complain. People don't have to worry if they have talent and confidence.

Try to be optimistic! I believe you can succeed!

3D animator is poor salary in Hong Kong, Moreover, You learn more

different software and pay much more effort for the CG in company,

but your salary is not enough. Why many people pay much more

attention for CG??? Only for interest, not for money???

Many employers are very happy when he listen you love CG any

more. He must give you low pay although you are welldone.

Without CG cannot life???

If I give you $5000 to be a 3D Animator, Do you want to be??

I think must be many people to do that!!!

Is this important to be a 3D Animator in our life???

A senior animator has $15000-$30000 per month in centro, but so what??

overnight and overnight everyday until you die.........

A junior animator also has $8000, so what??

But your employer can get much profit!!

hey, jack/joe i have a very simple question for you. you seem very stressfull with the HK cg companies low pay action. Why don't you go somewhere else other than HK.

China mainland do hire CG people, and they do really have some good pay. Try US, veryvery high pay budy. If you really hate here, why stay?

The answer of our question. is that they enjoy their job with low pay? well, no one wants low pay right? but i don't think they care. or as care as you do. Interest? maybe, if i got a job but low pay. i'll go for it. first, as you said yes, it is my interest. 2nd, better than no job.

i think cg field is not a place of getting high salary
if you wanna get high wages, probably change to other field

我興趣系打機 , 如果有份工 $5000 請我打 online game 幫人 power lvl 做下 gm , 一定去啦 !
都系一樣o者 , 工作於娛樂 , 唔錯丫 !! (冇經濟負擔者)
