If the technical abilities is idendical, I don't think i've to evaluate from their technique anymore. I'll go more deeply to take a look at their personality, sociality, teamwork abilities, communicatioin etc.

ps : personally i'll pick if the applicant is a female. way higher chance if she is beautiful :lol:

You are right but his teamwork abilities will be lower. There has no 2-end pin.
