can 3d max export to maya? or maya export to 3d max?????

does anyone know can i use maya to export files into 3dmax or
how about 3d max can export some kind of format into maya, also how about autocad too?
pls answer these three question~

you can save as dxf format in order to open in autocad
and there is a converter to convert the file format across different applications

it's easy to make convertion
i have checked .obj<->.3ds is available

you can export maya file to obj ( I believe Max can import that)

From Max, you can save as 3ds and there is a plugin for maya that can import 3ds files. you can get plugin from www.highend3d.com
