我o系 SIGGRAPH 睇過佢個 present, 真系幾正

我諗如果自己寫 code 去 trace 曬張 image o既 seam 出o黎, 應該都自己搞到, 用 d seam 可以一個一個 pixel 咁偷細同放大張圖。但問題系, 唔系所有 pattern 都可以用呢招 resize 到, 未必可以完全用到o系 production。

I've been testing this for a while already. It is really great for general stuffs. And one software company actually use similar technology in the past to make a Photoshop plugin for automatic image extension.
This new Content Aware Scaling feature in Photoshop CS4 still has quite a bit of flaws when I'm dealing with large and detailed composite. It not a holy grail for everything.

Last week for freezing in New York (-10C) but I didn't have to turn on the heater at home because running 2 workstations is good enough to warm up my workspace at home

No, I've tested the same pic with CS4 and the result is the same. (you can see the "protect" isn't on) Seems like it works great with high contrast stuff, I played it with a pic of mine and the people are stretched...
