i wont' consider its the best, but one of the best! Namco, Tecmo, Capcom, Square, Konami. They all are in my best list.

I like square the most. THey always push CG to a new generation

SQUARE的CG在全日本裡一定入三甲、
GAME界裡相信是第一、之後才到NAMCO。
CG部的規模也是SQUARE的大一倍左右。

many Game Dev. companies will ask third party to create CG for them and they only concentrate on game development

世嘉的 CG 水准其實也相當之高，但因為世嘉自己的理念的關系，使到世嘉很少全力去做 CG ，它所做你見到的，也多是各硬件 real time readering 的 CG 畫面。

而世嘉的開發技術也很強，如有莎木的 3D Plugins。
