Artificial Life is looking for an experienced mobile application designer that has a strong grasp of product design from a functional perspective. The individual will be responsible for the look, feel and overall user experience for our mobile applications. Candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design content and functionality for mobile applications.



Responsibilities:

* Conduct user requirements analysis to identify key current and future customer needs.
* Develop conceptual diagrams, wireframes, interaction flows, and visual mockups to effectively communicate product intent.
* Effectively communicate product usability issues and design options to team members and leadership.
* Lead interaction design through the development lifecycle, from initial exploration through final design deliverables such as use cases, task flows, user interface elements, and documenting detailed design specs for development and QA.
* Ensure all design and usability needs are executed on time and at a high standard.



Requirements:

* MUST HAVE 5+ years mobile user experience, mobile user interface, mobile applications experience.
* Good communicator and detail oriented
* Team player, good problem solving skills
* Strong understanding of user-centered design process, human interaction and natural interfaces.
* Experience with industry standard design tools including Visio, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc. in documenting application architecture, navigation, interaction flows and functionality.
* Bachelor’s degree in Art, Design, interactive media or related field is preferred
