Center for Cyber learning looking for web or multimedia designer

Requirements:
- Higher Diploma in graphic design, multimedia design, visual communication, digital media or a related discipline.
- proficiency in web design / interactive design / multimedia design
- Knowledge in Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, 2D animation
- Dreamweaver, HTML, CSS, knowledge at javascript is a plus
- knowledge in video editing and motion graphics is a plus
- self-motivated, willing to learn
