CG Art Designer(Concept design)
FULL TIME ONLY

Job Responsibilities:
- According to the text descriptions, design the characters which are suitable for the personality characteristics, or design surroundings, environments and props which are suitable for the functions and atmospheres.(Concept design).
- According to the text descriptions, design specific modelings and details of the characters and environments for producing and processing.(Character setting &Environment setting).
- According to the concept designs, process and paint pictures with details.(Matte painting, Detailing & Retouching).
- According to the contents of script texts , design functional scenes with key circumstances.(Storyboard design & Scene design).
Job Requirements:
- Have Bachelor's degree; graduate from an art college; major is not limited; have solid professional art foundation and a certain integrated art design capability.
- Love film and television animation; be interested in game animation; like reading; have good learning and communication skills; have a strong ability to work under pressure; have enthusiasm for work.
- Be proficient in one or more of the following sofwares: Photoshop, a variety of graphic design software, etc. It will be better if you are proficient in softwares for editing and synthesizing, such as: AE、Nuke、Vegas、Premiere, etc.
- Experiences of envolving in earlier stage of art design, middle and later stage of art producing and directing of any real animations (2D or 3D) are preferred.

Works Requirements:
- For the static frame works, please submit the common image formats(Jpg/Tga/Tiff/Pag/Bmp). Compression rate of the image shouldn't be too high so as not to affect the picture quality. Please don't submit large PSD project files with layers.
- For the animation and sequential frame works, please submit the common video formats(Mp4/AVI/Wmv/Mov). Video files can be appropriately compressed and output on the premis of ensuring the picture quality, so as to avoid inconveniently transmitting caused by the files being too large.
