Treacle is an award-winning international creative agency with studios in Hong Kong, Sydney, and Bangkok. We offer a wide range of specialized creative services to clients worldwide. You will be working on commercials, event content and broadcast projects for multinational clients such as American Express, Disney, Calvin Klein, and Marvel.

We are looking for a talented Senior CG Technical Director to join our Bangkok studio.
Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing technical direction on a range of 3D projects
- Set up and manage the production pipeline
- Provide feedback, mentorship and guidance to 3D team
- Be hands on with development of assets, environments, characters, e.t.c.
- Win the hearts and minds of your team, and set an achievable bar of quality through your own work

You must be located in Bangkok or willing to relocate to Bangkok. You will be working on projects across 3 key markets; Hong Kong, Sydney, and Bangkok.

The successful candidate will have the following skills:

- Minimum 5 years in a Senior CG or Technical Director role
- Hands-on experience in animation/CG is essential
- Extensive experience with high-end 3D software and plugins
- Highly skilled at pipeline development
- 3D modelling, rigging and weight painting
- Strong knowledge of grooming / rendering
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Detail oriented
- Self-motivated
- Ability to communicate clearly in English or Thai
