To succeed in this role you must be an experienced Web Designer and demonstrable creative flair.

You will also need the following:

- Excellent skills in Photoshop and Illustrator
- Excellent Skills in Flash and ActionScript 2 or 3
- Excellent Skills in Dreamweaver
- Good knowledge and understanding of XHTML and CSS
- Understanding of the importance of web design on development
- Understanding of the importance of web usability, accessibility and standards
- Experience of Macromedia/Adobe Director and Lingo an advantage
