Motion graphics designers/ VFX compositors

Actually we are looking for a whatever-you-called compositor/designer/artist who is creative and able to judge a good picture.

Requirements

． Proficient in After Effects, Combustion or Shake, also Photoshop & Illustrator is a must.
． Understanding of the CG process especially rendered computer animation and particularly the lighting – good communication with colleagues and keep up to date the entire project.
． Special effects, graphics, 2D animation, live action, static background plates, etc.
． Methodological and attention to details. Strong sense of composition, typography, colors, rhythm, and music is necessary.
． Able to take direction and willing to address comments to do test and make change.
． Deliver on time & working under pressure
． Immediate available

Too much requirements? Don't bother, less experience but having a good visual sense will be considered (as long as you know the basic of those softwares)
