Minimum of 5 years experience in product/industrial design, with 3+ years focus on toys or similar industry

Broad knowledge of mechanical and structural design; knowledge of manufacturing and production materials advantageous
Strong conceptual skills and the ability to articulate vision both verbally and visually
Strong drawing skills
Able to apply suitable aesthetics, user interface, mechanics, and ergonomics to designs
Proficiency using 2D software (Illustrator and Photoshop)
Proficiency using 3D software (Rhino and/or Solidworks, with high quality 3D rendering skills using Vray or Hypershot)
Proficiency using 3D polygon modeling software (Maya and/or Zbrush)
Excellent communication skills
Self-motivated with a high level of responsibility and professionalism
Ability to multi-task and work effectively and efficiently as a member of a team in a fast-paced environment
Occasional factory visits to China and ability to manage production follow-up
