Requirement:
• University graduate with 2+ years sales / account servicing experience
• Work experience with architects or real estate developers is a definite advantage
• Self-motivated, independent, well-organized and result-oriented
• Creative, dynamic with good communication and presentation skills
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in Mandarin is essential
• Familiar with MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
Responsibilities:
• Explore new business opportunities through various channels
• Develop and maintain a good relationship with clients
• Prepare pitching proposals, quotations, tender submissions and presentations to clients
• Participate in local / overseas exhibition / networking events
