The suitable candidate will need:

- To communicate effectively in English. Mandarin and or Cantonese is a benefit.
- The ability to work with directors, agencies and clients directly.
- Innovative problem-solving skills: ability to translate creative briefs into spectacular results.
- To creatively and technically lead a team of artists working on the same or different projects
- 5+ years of experience in production environments with Maya or Softimage XSI
- Expert lighting and rendering skills (vRay or Mental Ray)
- Character rigging and animation ability a plus
- VFX/Simulation ability a plus
- Experience in Photoshop and After Effects

Duties will include:
- Working closely with clients, producers and compositors
- Managing and scheduling a team of 3d artists
- Quality control
- Script and storyboard breakdown
- Artist scheduling
