Job Descriptions:
* Hardware & software install, on-site support, system administration work
* Perform day-to-day hardware, server, system backup scheme and network equipment maintenance, trouble- shooting
* Involve hardware and system procurement if necessary
* Perform computer system deployment according to prescribed procedures and ensure their successful
completion
* Assist System Administrator in IT project implementation & ad hoc assignment as required
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years experience in technical support environment
* Proficient in MS Windows, MS Office, networking, email applications and hardware issues
* Knowledge in Anti-virus
* Good interpersonal communication skill and able to work independently
