OFFICE ASSISTANT/CLERK

The Potential
 This is an entry level role that acts as a springboard into the world of Media/Advertising.
 With the right attitude, candidates may have great potential for growth within the company and the industry.
The Job
 Acting as front of house /Reception, Greeting clients.
 Serving food and beverages.
 Maintain office cleanliness.
 Assist Producers /accounts and other staff with day to day duties include phones, scheduling, petty cash, filing, travel arrangements.

The Person
 Must be confident and well presentable with a friendly, energetic personality.
 Strong communication and writing skills are required.
 Attention to detail with great follow through and execution on tasks are mandatory.
 Candidate must be fluent in spoken and written English and Cantonese. Mandarin is a plus.
 Previous experience in the service industry is a plus.
 Must hold HKID
