R+I Creative: Talented Motion Graphic Designer - Editor

We are on the lookout for a passionate and talented Motion graphic designer / Editor to join our expanding creative team here at R+I Creative.
Our Motion graphic Designer will collaborate with Creative Directors and copywriters to concept, design and animate stories for a variety of video content projects.
The ideal candidate for this role will be proficient with Adobe Creative Suite with a large emphasis on After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. They must love working as part of a creative team, bouncing ideas off like-minded people in order to produce the best possible work. They will help inspire creative ideas through fresh and innovative motion work.
Speaking English is required (speaking Chinese is a plus).

Required Skills & Experience
• 4+ years of motion design experience in a fast pace creative agency environment
• Background in film, animation, graphic design or other moving image-related field.
• Creating and compositing high end 2D Animations for short-form digital video
• Solid knowledge of the latest suite of Adobe programs.
• Strong design, animation and typography skills (please share samples, include link to Portfolio)
• Knowledge in video and sound editing programs a plus (Final Cut Pro, Premiere, Logic).
• Stay aware of developments in social media, current trends, technological updates, and industry news.
• Passionate and enthusiastic for animation and motion design
• Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail executing creative, narrative motion design.
• Experience working on multiple projects at the same time
• Keeping project files organized, managing renders, and maintaining quality control.
• Proven ability to work independently as well as within larger team environments on complex projects.
