To support our continuous growth and expansion, we are now seeking a high caliber candidate for the following position.

Design Manager / Senior Graphic Designer

Responsibilities:
Create engaging, usable, and effective visual designs to achieve user-focused goals and objectives;
Assist in creating concepts for sub-brands and partners, logos, and banners that fit inside of the Aither’s platform;
Collaborate with a cross-disciplinary group of producers, marketers, licensors and designers, creating inspirational visual design that speaks to users and engages our users
Responsible for concept, layout design, artwork and supervision of production for all fundraising materials such as
Printed collateral including direct mail, annual reviews, brochures, leaflets, newsletters
Digital including eDMs, website and social media ads
Ad-hoc emergency appeals
Posters, banners and print ads
Premia and merchandise
Events: backdrops, invitations, booth design
Proposal materials
Always look to learn and push yourself to learn new techniques and methods.

Requirements:
Higher Diploma / Degree in Graphic Design or a related disciplines
Minimum 5 years of solid working experience in Graphic Design
Very good knowledge of Photoshop & Illustrator, InDesign;
Aesthetic Judgement with a keen eye for light, colour, value, form, typography and composition, with strong attention to detail;
Self-motivated, good communication skills, and a great team player with a can-do attitude;
Passionate about gaming or prior experience working in gaming is BIG PLUS;
Open to feedback and direction;
Experience working for a start-up, a multi-national business, an app or within a ‘software as a service’ environment would be beneficial, but is not essential for this role.
Applicants with less experience may be considered as Senior Graphic Designer
