Position: Lighting Supervisor/ Leader

Duties /Responsibilities:
• Develop innovative solutions to complex lighting/rendering problems. Evaluate and debug lighting setups.
• Work closely with the other supervisor to ensure that all 3D assets are brief, up to date and adhering to the Director’s vision.
• Responsible for lighting dailies and quality control and ensuring aesthetic consistency. Brief lighting artists and provide constructive artistic feedback to ensure this consistency.
• Responsible for clear lines of communication between, lighting team, other departments, and production.
• Responsible for show wide lighting workflow documentation and information dissemination.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 Years experiences as a supervisor or leader, with proven capability in managing and delivering complex lighting scenario
• Excellent knowledge of lighting and compositing techniques
• Familiarity with feature animation pipelines and pipeline issues
• Demonstrable experience in sequence lighting, compositing and rendering with modern renderers
• Ability to track lighting continuity through the sequence
• Strong grasp of artistic principles, and cg techniques
• Proven team leader with strong motivational qualities
• Professional aptitude for time management in relation to bringing multiple priorities and tasks to completion within a set deadline
