Position : Production Coordinator

Job responsibilities:
• Assist Producer team to coordinate Feature film and TV Commercial projects
• Provide secretarial support to producer team of the presentation meeting
including document preparation, printing and photocopying
• Help with Administrative work.

Requirements:
• Determination to learn
• Proficient in MS Word/Excel and Chinese word processing
• Well-organized, detail minded and able to work independently
• Occasional outdoor tasks
• Occasional work over-time
• Knowledge in Design / Animation / Film industry is advantage but NOT essential
