RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create stylized 2D artworks, mood paintings.
- Design concepts for props, environments, and characters.
- Collaborate on innovative ideas with the team.
- Contribute to company promotional materials design.
- Mentor junior team members.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years experience in related fields.
- Extensive expertise in Adobe Photoshop, and other graphic design tools.
- Strong eye for composition, color, lighting, and mood.
- Proven self-motivation and ability to lead.
- Track record of delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of 3D or motion graphics is a plus.
