Position: Production Coordinator

Responsibilities:
 Scheduling, prioritizing and tracking technical assignments and project dailies
 Monitoring and controlling progress, issues and preparing reports
 Recording all shot notes
 Ensuring work is being approved and completed on time and to specification
 Ensuring Shotgrid status and task assignments are kept up to date
 Ensuring work items are tracked and managed appropriately
 Ensuring teams are well-informed on daily delivery objectives
 Documenting decisions and requests
 Organizing and setting up media for meeting

Requirements:
 Passionate about movie-making
 Working knowledge of Nuke, Shotgrid and Tweak RV is considered and asset
 Understanding of techniques, file formats, color-space, software and technology relating to
the live action visual effects
 Proficient in MS Word/Excel and Chinese word processing
 Organized and with high attention to detail.
 Able to deliver high-quality work while meeting tight deadlines
 Occasional outdoor tasks & work over-time
 Knowledge in Design / Animation / Film industry is advantage but NOT essential
