i wanna know if my os :win 2003 could i install avid softwares

如果系 Xpress Pro .. 應該唔得 ...
Avid 都系建議用 XP pro o既, 唔主張用 server OS .

1 gm ddr ram
quadro fx 500
win xp .. sp2

do the problems relate to my pc configuration

1.) 2.5 minutes for opening the program
2.) i can use it for capture coz it can detect my decks(cable : no problem)
