hay~Question abt Poser5!

hi every expert,

have been here for long, jus being lazy man! but see, here (forum) is getting more ppl now. such a great new lei! anyway, i got a Poser5 problem, may be simple but not for me;-]. i cant jus create a pair of hands with out a whole figure. basiclly i jus want a pair of hands (ready-made from Poser's lirary) and do the transferring to Carrara 4 pro. tht's it!!pls anyone would answer me~in hurry for my homework ga!
