maya 6檔案可不可以轉換成5可以開的格式?

請問有沒有 plug-in 可以令maya 6檔案轉換成5可以開的格式?

咁快 upgrade maya 6 ，個 file 變左要 downgrade 。
下次都系睇定d先好up-grade !
有冇試試 Export 做其他 format ? (如 model ex 到 obj )

usually you can modify your .ma file by yourself. Simply change the header. I did that a few times when I had a 5 file that i wanted to open in 4.5.

In general the workflow for loading files in earlier versions is as follows: Save your file in the more recent version as a .ma file. It is a good idea to first remove any scene elements that are not supported in the earlier version of Maya. Open the file with a simple text editor, like word pad, delete the line beginning "requires" and save the file. It should now load OK. If you have errors you may need to remove the odd reference inside the file.

只有 ma file 可以在 notepad 開黎改麻 , 試下啦

ma(maya ascii) allow you to edit, larger size.
mb(maya binary) not allow you to edit, smaller size, compressed.

something like a zipped text file(you can't edit) and a text file(you can edit).
