Gnomon is pretty good if you want some 'real' Maya training. Many other school don't teach you anything else other than whats in the manual or the basics. Gnomon's training in general are much more real world production based, so at the same time, the techniques and examples they used are also a bit more complex.

They also got some decent traditional classes as well.
