pixel aspect ratio 1.33 is what we normally called anamorphic.
2048x1556 is just one of the many resolution when 35mm film scanned and transferred to DI. We normally called that 2K Full Aperture. It's a standard. You don't need to change the device or pixel aspect ratio. It's not exactly 1.33 device aspect ratio but this standard is mostly for transfer back to film so the device aspect isn't very important.
