NEED HELP! MAYA 抄 o左

大家請救救我....
I suddenly found an error message when start my maya program.

It's initualize at start with splash screen. but suddenly it pops up a "maya script window" and having 2 lines said something errors in scripts.

then, I try to uninstall it in Control Panel.
It said the Maya.exe is running can't be install please restart your computer and uninstall again.

so i restart..and try uninstall.
but the window professional said

Unable to locate the installation log file 'C:\AW\Maya4.0\Uninst.' Uninstallation will not continue.

So, I can't uninstall it...and i can't open Maya.

anyone can help me?????

試下用CD再裝多次
不過佢會叫你uninstall 之前的版本
你強制裝番試一試

I success to uninstall it and reinstall it.
however, the problem still persist.

when i open maya.
it open the maya script editor and said

"Shelf2a00972 is not unique" then i close the script editor.
the program is quit, maya haven't open.


do you have any idea to solve this?

其實系因為響你仲有 d 舊o既 script folder 未清哂，可以試下將你自己個maya project folder backup 起，uninstall 成個maya，將Maya 4.0 0既舊folder 成個delete 左佢，再將MyDocument 裡面o既 Maya folder delete 左佢，咁應該唔會有問題架啦，你可以用 Go.Back ，或者 Ghost o既software backup 一次先o既，可以響delete 錯野o既時候有得救番。
