Chage Interface Everytimes - hate this

How comes Maya new version like changing the interface ?very time?
Eveytimes I get use to the tools location then it'll be changed in last version.
It is unnecessary.
Now I can't find out where is the "Nurse to Polygon" in 4.0.

I love Maya too becos it's so powerful.
But sometimes lost patience ?n it.........( my problem)
