spot a few things from your wireframe...
1) try to avoid triangles or any shapes more than 4 sides.
Very important - golden rule for all modelers
2) pay attention to the polyflow - eyes, nose and chin.
The flow at those areas are breaking up, and that's what lead to triangles or other weird shapes
3) could use a few tweaks to define the "shape" better.
Can't see your reference so no comment on the overall outcome
but the lower lip is definitely too sharp, and the eyes are too deep in
ears are missing though...
