版主，又有問題，而家做產品設計要不要長駐大陸呢，因為我而家間公司可能會叫我長駐大陸，而且人工只系平面設計師的人工，大約12...唉...比少少意見我好嗎?

長駐大陸 ... not really, it depends. Some company requires you to occasionally travel to China just to ensure the engg follow the design, and to check out the prototype etc....
Frankly speaking, I think it not that wise to stay in China, u know the availability of latest information ...
Salary 12K .... your exp ?

平面設計我己經好夠經驗，但系產品設計我系冇經驗的，現在公司要我下星期開始，一個星期要有一日留系大陸，而佢地話如果開模既時候可能會一個月留系大陸，如果真系咁既話，我諗我唔會做下去了，因為同我見工既時候都唔同我而家既處景...

By the time u'r employed, which title u got ?
如果開模既時候可能會一個月留系大陸 > I don't really think it's necessary.
U can only go back to China under these situations >
1. When the project starts, b4 the design, clarify the features and constraints.
2. Problems encountered ( sometimes can be settled via e-mails ).
3. Engineers finished the drawing, u go back and evaluate with them.
4. Trial Shot
5. Finished Shot
6. Decal, silkscreen, packaging etc.....

That all depends.

Printing exp and Graphic exp helps little on PD actually. $12K is regular for your status I guess.
