U have to study it for 3 years to complete the course! And they teach many things that is not so important to 3D, look at their course detail before U join them.
HKMA has a 1 year 3D course, it's not bad.
And now the best HK 3D course I think is the HKPC one, it only half year and they teach U many useful things.

發表於 : 3日 10月 2003年, 01:44Hey, trust me, you need a degree, either art or engineering, depends on what kind of stuff you want to do. It's really important to spend several years for basic knowledge like art sense or math or english. not those softwares.
It's not bad to go to some short 3D course but make make sure you don't expect too much from them, most of time they just waste your time and money.
one more thing, make sure you learn at least a little bit programming language, they will be really useful.

But you can try either computer science or fine art; however, no matter which one do you pick, math, programming skill(not only programming language) and english are gonna be really useful. 3D classes do help a little bit at the beginning but not much.
