如何學mel?

如果不懂programming，可從何入手學mel，有否課程適合呢?
看了maya 裡"help on mel"的部份，但只明白它的一些定義和例子，會否有書本具體地講解如何運用?

if you want to learn mel, the first thing to do is read the code generated in the script editor when you press any command. Open the documentation to understand what are those flag doing. It's not difficult to learn and you don't really need programming backgd to pick it up.
