Wacom 4

Do anyone know how can I set the pen movement on the wacom board. I try to draw something on there and rest for a while then I draw it again but the pen start regarding the screen rather than the place I finished before.

It means I want to draw picture for my wacom rather than screen

Someone told me I can set a "mapping/speed" from wacom tablet. But I dont have it but pen tablet setting
