yes, you can. the step is on the following.
F10>Renderer>VRay: Irradiance map>Mode>choose"Save to file"(select your irradiance map/GI map file name and press "save")>press render (F9).
then, your GI map will be saved in your pc.
then, re-render again but change setting this time.....
F10>Renderer>VRay: Irradiance map>Mode>choose"From file" (Browse your GI map(xxx.vrmap))>press render (F9).
then, your render will speed up as Vray would load your GI map that you saved before. sure... you can render it in various angles without counting the GI map again.
