How Can I make the model so real & clay like the picture below? need plug in? or the lights and the surface can help? pls tell...

The pictures you posted cannot be displayed. If you like, send me the pic to have a look. Anyway, I think you can use max5, just render the scene by a skylight (with other key lights if needed) with the new Light Tracer render engine.
