dreiyip: Thanks very much. It's true that the posture between 120 to 140 is created like what you said, adding variation. Actually I didn't think about the concept of lifting up, and I just started with some big movement in my mind. Maybe I am watching too much Disney...Especially Fantasia...
darkie: Thanks.
clifford: Thanks for watching. I keep watching your WIP too! Good luck to you!

Spent time in cleaning up some jerky and unnatural motion, especially the FK arm. Rotation order and gimbal lock in FK is not a funny thing when there's fast moving motion blur. I nearly keyframed every frame for big arm swinging movement, hopefully there's only few action.

And the ending is not yet completed. I'm still thinking of some interesting thing to fill up the last second.
Some explanations for the whole animation:
I have created the animation as close to the storyboard as possible . But you may notice that I have inserted an opening in the beginning of the animation which has never appeared in the storyboard.
The opening, in which Max finds his magic not working, is used to bring out the large motion later. If there's no such opening, the large motion is a bit weired and I find no good reason for doing such big motion. So adding a change of mood for Max fulfilled the needs of the big motion.
And the camera movement itself is not by random. It first hides the table side to build up audience's curiosity. The camera movement also helps to solve the posture change of Max. If you look carefully, there should be some extra body movement for the switch of the postures in that period. I am a bit lucky using the camera to solve the problem.
