also , i never heard that hk have this type of freelance

There is a program called Lifeform. You can make use of it to do some character motion like walking.

At this moment, you simply can't avoid to learn IK.

Using LifeForm u can use their sock motion capture data. Tho it's for fun and not that useful anyway.
