CG job market!

hi, everyone, i'm new here, i just came back from Vancouver 2 months ago, grad. at AI-IDA, i'm looking for a CG job in HK, just wonder what is the standard pay and how ppl look for jobs here, cos there is a very well done CG job market online in US and CAN, it basically lists most of the CG companies located in The North America, and some other countries in Europe and Asia, and i know only CG-visual, is it the most popular one??
