From now ,I will check out all bad animation company name, bad animators, althought I'm just fried. I hope I can do something for this feild, my former company,Mxxxxx creatxxx,boss name is xxxn, in wanchai also treat me unfare, salary pay me very late, use 2nd hand slow computer. small monitor,no compensation holiday when we finish a project, no meal petty cash,no creative freedom. no deadline, all of our collegaue have to work very fast, so to meet the project balance, otherwise, the boss said company no money gain, too hard, when I sick, doctor letter is necessary, cannot late,too tight,the boss is experienced animator,little bit famous, we have to follow all his Old way, no any creative, always turn down my creative ideas,when we are free, we have to cold call,so I'm willing to take the risk to disclose all unfare things, I know from now, I'm very hard to find a animation job, even big animation company also cut animators, very sad,small copany ,low pay, easy to close, no garantee,

you are very unlucky. can not get a job is very sad,Iam still WORKING animation, my boss when we no job. he need us no pay holiday, salary from 18000 to now10000, I work 4 year, senoir lightning animator, I and my team do some successful movie, our copppmay plan move to china, so start to cut animators, maybe next month i will no more work,
last time, no doctor letter, I was deduced one day salary.lucky than U, every first day of a month, we get salary, I WISH when one day I have money, I open my own company to do what I like to do,bless eveybody.

我的人工也不高 ( 勞了幾年) , 可能我唔系好積極 , 又唔擦公司的呀頭鞋 . 不過見到那些擦鞋狗 , 又無料 ,但又多人工,真系心傷..

其實這是香港的特色, 擦鞋狗加無料到,
通常都是人工高,position又高,又唔洗做,
對中下層完全唔知到發生什麼事.
大家每天看電視都見唔少.
