A Printer for Graphic Designer

Hello all,

I am new to this forum and new to CG.....

I am planning to buy a new printer, since I am learning both CG and graphic design, so I think I have to buy a printer with better quality..........

Can anyone suggest some printer with such a high quality that can be used for graphics professions? Is there any speical model(s) commonly used in the design industries?
