1 more thing... Sheridan... is very 2 get in... that s all I kno...about 4000 ppl apply...only 120 can enroll...
they work like crazy... like 60hrs/week in avg @_@
As a Sheridan's alumi, I didn't know how many people apply every year. But only 30 people got enrolled in my computer animation class in my year. (today is around 120). I don't think people work like crazy, I'd say most student work very hard because we love what we were doing. (of course not everyone, that why they were fall behind). I worked 7 days a week with 15 hrs+ everyday at Sheridan. I think it was worth to work hard on my portfolio/demo reel that finally rewarded me a job in animation industry. As far as I know, about 70% students in my class got a job in CG industry, 30% are doing something else after school

請問以往住在香港的前輩們 , 在前住外國前是如何學好英語的 ?
I don't think 靈格Y will work. They need your money...
Learning a language needs a lot of practice.
If you really want to improve your English, all you have to do is change your life style.
Everyday, listen English radio, watch TV series like Friends..., watch movies without chinese subtitles (with english subtitles will help too)... do it everyday until you understand English without translate to Chinese in your brain. That was my experience to improve my listening.
英語會話 maybe a problem when u in HK. Conversation with foreigners is better. If u can't find English speaker's friends, it's not a bad idea keep speaking english whatever u have chance.
I didn't write a lot in school, so far I wrote 1 long essay for class. That's it.
Good luck and don't give up. Future is in your hands.
BTW, I want to share a book with u
