我未知公司有冇欠員工錢, 但有幾樣野要提提意馬同事:

1. 保留合約, 出糧證明, 幫公司買野墊支既單據
2. check MPF, 睇下公司有冇供
3. 如果有野要同公司, 勞工處傾. 每個部門選定一個代表開會, 攪手續事項
4. 公司真系欠薪, 代通知金及遣散費的話, 可以申請"破產欠薪基金". 但唔好拖要即刻攪手續申請, 因為要幾個月時間架

或者我都可以搵D 立法會議員幫助

If they can control their budget and have a better business planning, I'm sure they won't lose this battle... can anyone tell me why the budget goes to more than USD100,000,000?

How come they need to pay the worldwide distribution fee plus promotion fee? Should this be the "distribution agent"'s responsibility?

Anyway, I'm sure the staffs from Imagi are good enough to find jobs in the market, especially in Hong Kong and China...

有部分同套戲唔關事的高層豆高薪, 吸干哂咪走咯.... 前幾年董事酬金每年拎左 2000幾萬港紙. 睇下 Pixar 的 John Lasseter, 1年薪酬 HKD1,800萬. 意馬高層幾個人加埋, 都冇佢的能力!

Agree... but according to what I heard, the distribution / promotion fee = USD30,000,000 - 50,000,000... this is a huge fee... usually each territories' distributors will pay for this, instead of the production company, unless you are Disney or Sony which they pay for this cause they have their own distribution companies in each territories...

Also, the costs for the US staffs... especially those working in Hong Kong...

What a shame!!! But these are not the staffs' fault...

The staffs should be proud of themselves cause they have produced TMNT and Astro Boy...

u got the point, 不過呢D唔系咁多人會理, 好多人都比較鍾意聽流言講事非唔清楚又大發偉論.....唉
