My recent sad situation

I 'm working in a animation company in Northxxxxx , I can't write the name, because I worry my boss will read this web, but I SO ANGRY

. she need all animator to reduce salary 20-30%
. she need all animator to have one no pay holiday.
.she need all animator to start 9:oo o'clock work, before is 10;00
.she need all animator to buy reference book without paying us back
.she need all animator to save toilet paper.
.she need all animator to have perperation of telephone coldcall.
.she neea all animator to maintain our using computer, nobody will fix when down.
.alway pay salary after 10days of a month.

ALL OF ANIMATORS WANT TO LEAVE THIS COMPANY, but nobody willing to talk with the boss, if I stand out, I maybe fried, so sad,everyday still have many application letter to apply post.

just speak ill of your boss. no gut to come out, use xxxxx afraid to be awared by your boss .use false name,, not a hero, a good animator should have good temper, (SMALL AIR GHOST )must not be a good animator, you must a junior,) my boss is ten time ( bad )than our member talking about. sowhat, do a good animator.if you have so many time,to do some useless thing.

sorry anlung, may you will hate what i write, remeber. why your boss can be a boss, he must have some skill, attitude, style, that we don't have.I also a senior head of CG , everyday ,my junior will speak ill of me, so what, I'm senior than them, they can better than me one day, maybe I also will be a boss

Only applies to good bosses or good heads, and skills and styles can be outdated.

That's no good for u and for ur people. Unhappy animators can't make good things, ur team's performance relies mostly on ur animators.

a good senior should know how to deel with the junior, how to make the team work together.

A good team leader may not neccesary has skills. But who must have good leading skills. Good leading skills not equal to getting hate. Good leader will be loved by juniors.

belebala said the junior talk at your back, and you said so what. That's not a good way to deal with it. That doesn't mean you can't do anything to solve it.

Boss should respect his animator ~ as a human , as a Artist ~
Animator should respect the boss as a leader ~ as The one who pay you ..hehe~
