I found some guys like to post kind of negative articles in here. So wanted to make a "research" thru this forum.
If any ?uys is workig in this field , please post what u do u think about the future. Let some newbie know what we'r thinking, OK?
I work in CG frield about 2 years. In this 2 years, this field is changing. Too many animators come out from all CG courses and over the market needed, so we can c the salary is falling (less than HK$3,000) . I think this cannot be changed.
Sometimes I'll afraid, but another I was much worried:
"Do I have a really good technic to keep staying here?"
I think this is the main point.
Now I don't think about how the market bad it was.
Just wanted to try my best if I was still "HERE".

I think those people who just finish 3d courses & want to goto work,they better get together ?nd open their own 3d company.
At beginning must be havn't many jobs,but if u can keep it,it will turn better...

Are you guys working in CG field too? ( For how long?)
In big production house or freelancer? What do u think about the future?

對於未來及將來, 我想香港還有很多發展空間, 我是指各位CG artist, 皆因香港還沒有FF的質數及Toystory 的趣味性吧, 所以在香港是還有發展的將來, 想在CG行有成就, 各人有各人不同的目標, 有的想CG行一定人工高, 我想~你要人工高一定要有一定的枝術價值, 請各位想想自己的CG價值值幾多吧, 我在CG行差不多2年, 人工也不高, 但眼見自己在CG行一日一日的進步, 我根本不計較,  眼見有不同人士進入這行, 他們多麼的幸運, 有機?#0124;當CG trainnee, 如果人工低咪米做這行lor, 如果你對CG相當有興趣的話, 就請你把握自己的時間, CG行走得那麼快, 各位CG朋友也應自我苦練枝術, 有技術就有價值, 有價值就有人賞織, 我在CG行也浪費太多時間, 所以現在不得不怏馬直追, 真的希望各CG artist 能快點找到自己在CG的價值同對CG的目標, 向目標走, 不要浪費時間, work hard ~!!
(以上是我對CG行的心底話)

I am not working at any 3d company,but I am trying to open one.but this time isn't a very time to do this(maybe I am doing WVR),but anyway is better than work for a company.
