For the creative industry in HK, one of the biggest problem is that the whole society simply put so much focus on the financial and real estate sector while many other industries are over shadowed and ignored without any real support. Many people simply want to get rich quick with real estate and stock market.

At the end of the day, what goes up must come down.

For sure, the creative industry is not for someone who wants to get rich quick. It is a career needs someone constantly thinking outside of the box and work hard in order to get recognized and be successful.

For the new comer. Just do what you like to do and don't be swayed by any influence other than yourself!

Imagi對新仔要求吾高、只要有心就得。
我相信你只要用心放多少少時間trainin 嚇自己就得。

如果你上次有入到拒地個Workshop,
咁你而家就trainin 嚇在Workshop時所學和所做既野。
為下次准備。

我不久前聽講有個靚仔試左三次Workshop、
直到近排先入到去。

其實如果主修cg ，入 i 記應該唔算太難。

會唔會系技術以外的野出o左問題??

例如你的學習態度，

之前見過唔少人因為這個問題，

過到workshop 都過唔到試用。

(話說回來....竟然有人可以過到workshop 又過到試用 但系就......-_-"" $#$!#@$)

點都好啦，只可以話....入唔到 i 記真系冇咩大不了，

但系你有幾喜歡cg ，只有你自己先知。

I only can say that I've worked in the creative industry for over 20 years and I paid my due by working from the ground up. Even though I don't work in Hong Kong, I respect the overall work ethic of HK people and I would like all my employees to follow while they can grow in an environment which they can explore their creative freedom and skill.

Also, if you read my post carefully, I said the get rich quick phenomenon is an overall atmosphere in the society instead of saying animators or creative people wants to get rich quick.
