it is a nice mesh. Very great modeling. Just need to work on the texture a bit and the lighting.

I like your hair, and the model of the shoes.
Did you use a yellow key light ? seems it makes the whole thing(skin tone, cloth) looks too bright and yellowish. In term of pose, the cloth and the trousers looks kind of rigid.
Prehaps you can add more detail to your texture too.
