i think if you are confident at showing lighting and texture, then do it as best as you can. Then, you must specify what your interested position and strength is, the recruiters should be professional enough to concentrate on what they are looking for.
My logic is, if they see good animation and good lighting/texturing they will choose you over other candidates who can only animate.

Hi, just a update, nothing really changes, just add on the background music and did a little color correction to it. thank you for all the comments and critiques, they are valuable to me. I wish I have time to make the changes, but I decided to take the experience and the comments I learnt and put it into my next project.
