Hi, my chinese typing is not that good, hope you don't mind if i put it in english. i think the overall animation looks good, posings are good too. Maybe you can exaggerate the poses in some area to make it more pronounce. such as when the monster is rising both arms up, I think the pose can be more exaggerated, less cliche, and let both arms arrive to the top at different time.
For the overall clip, i think you let the computer doing too much work for you, maybe it will be cooler if you can put more breakdowns to it to make the action less linear. try to trace the arcs of the hands and the nose and it would probably give you an idea of what I mean.
just my 2 cents, but great work. wish to see more,

Overall, pretty nice acting. But timing is off, the overall animation is a bit too fast, not enough variation and lack of rhythm. It's kinda like watching a fastforward clip. Pose is pretty nice though.
