I'm just a beginnner. But a simple comment, I thinks this scene is a little bit dark, especially the building's front. Also, if possible, add some hi light on some object (since all details you have build fine but flat in look because the lighting) Hope can hlep you.

As many people said, the textures are greatly done. However, you may want to spend more time on lighting. Good lighting will bring your textures one step further

I hope you've been read the 5 tutorials of Leigh from cgtalk. Try to add diffuse map and spec map as a combination to the textures that you have. Specially diffuse map. I didn't know anything about it b4. once i try to use it. i love it.
